We provide a done-for-you customer reactivation service (“30-Day Customer Reactivation Blitz”) using SMS outreach to a client’s existing customer list.
We do not guarantee specific revenue, job count, or financial outcomes.
2. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide a lawful, permission-based customer list
Ensure all contacts have consent to be contacted
Handle all inbound leads and closing of jobs
We are not responsible for:
conversion into sales
pricing decisions
customer service or fulfillment
3. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing, client acknowledges:
services begin immediately upon onboarding
resources, systems, and labor are allocated upfront
No refunds will be issued for:
dissatisfaction
perceived lack of results
unused service time
4. Performance Disclaimer
Client acknowledges:
Results vary based on list quality, market, and responsiveness
We do not control customer behavior
We do not guarantee revenue, booked jobs, or ROI
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for:
lost revenue
missed opportunities
indirect or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to:
the amount paid for the service
6. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from:
misuse of data
unlawful contact lists
regulatory violations
